Every set is a small handmade batch, not mass-produced or pulled from a warehouse shelf — here's what that means for timing and availability.
Most orders arrive within a week: 2–4 working days to make, then 2–3 working days to ship.
Production time
Allow 2–4 working days for your set to be made before it ships. This applies whether it's your first time seeing a design or its tenth batch — every order is still finished by hand.
Availability
Every design is made in a limited batch. While a batch has stock, it's shown as in stock on the product page and orders ship on the timeline above. Once a batch sells out, that design is unavailable until we make another — we don't take pre-orders for sold-out designs, and can't promise a restock date.
UK delivery
Tracked delivery, typically 2–3 working days once dispatched. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your set leaves us.
Subscription cycles
Subscription sets dispatch automatically at the start of each billing cycle — no need to reorder manually.
